In our busy lives, we try to make time for the things we know are good for us. But trying to do everything just stresses us out and wears us out. Based on the idea that physical, mental, and emotional fitness are all important, these classes are designed to address these different components in one setting.

True Fitness offers ongoing classes 1, 2, or 3 days per week (currently MWF at 8:15am). Classes begin with an easy warm up and then move into a short (10-20 minute) maximum effort workout designed to build strength, increase cardiovascular output, and ramp up your metabolism. Thoroughly warmed up, participants then move into a slow deep yoga session that culminates in meditation and relaxation. All this occurs in a community centered and non-competitive environment with a clear emotional/spiritual context. You will begin your day energized, yet centered and calm. Register for classes.
